Refund Policy

At FashionHunte, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.


General Return Policy

  1. You have 7 days from the delivery date to decide whether an item is right for you. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to submit a return request.

  2. The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

    • Clearance items

    • Accessories

    • Customized items

    • Flash Sale items

    • Black Friday specials (including 70% off section, 30% off section, and $9.9 section)

  3. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. We do not accept returns for items that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way.

  4. Items with non-returnable marks or free gifts are not eligible for return.

  5. Returns sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

  6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) services. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  7. Please double-check your return package before shipping. We are not responsible for returns of non-FashionHunte products sent to us by mistake.

  8. As all items (including standard sizes) are made-to-order, we do not support “buy-many-keep-one” purchasing behavior. Orders suspected of this intention may be cancelled at our discretion.

  9. We are not liable for return items that are lost, damaged, or inspected by customs. Any customs clearance fees must be paid by the customer. Please keep your return receipt and tracking information.

  10. We reserve the right to refuse any return received in unacceptable condition or without prior authorization.

  11. If a parcel is destroyed, lost, or returned due to customer-related issues (including but not limited to delayed customs clearance, incomplete contact details, recipient absence, or incorrect address), and the product cannot be recovered, no refund will be issued.

  12. We do not accept rejected or refused packages. In such cases, a 40% refund will be issued. If you wish to return the item, please contact us after receiving the package.


Important Notes

  • For customer-initiated returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Returns of 2–3 items from one or multiple orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Returns of 4 or more items from one or multiple orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

  • Restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.


Conditions for Custom Size Items

At FashionHunte, we offer custom sizing on many of our dresses to help achieve the best possible fit.

Please note:

  • Custom size items are made specifically to the measurements you provide (bust, waist, hips, height, and hollow-to-floor).

  • Because custom items cannot be resold, returns and exchanges are not accepted for custom size orders.

  • Please carefully confirm your measurements and color selection before placing your order.

Alteration Reimbursement (Custom Size Only)

We understand minor alterations may be needed. For custom size items only, we offer limited alteration reimbursement:

  • Submit a photo of your tailor’s receipt along with your order number

  • Our customer service team will assist you with the reimbursement process


Personalized & Personal Care Items

All personalized items and personal care products (including earrings, lingerie, swimwear, etc.) are final sale.
Due to hygiene concerns, returns and exchanges are not accepted.


Order Cancellation Policy

Most FashionHunte items are made to order, and production begins shortly after payment confirmation. Please review the cancellation terms carefully:

  • Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 24 hours

  • Cancel within 24 hours of payment: Full refund

  • Cancel 24–72 hours after payment: 80% refund + shipping fee

  • Cancel 72–120 hours after payment: 50% refund + shipping fee

  • Cancel more than 120 hours after payment: Refund of shipping fee only

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
